Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Drift website services and travel-planning support. By using this site or working with Drift, you agree to the terms below.
Service scope
Drift provides planning, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and booking support for cruise and land-travel products. Availability, routing, and pricing depend on third-party suppliers.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are subject to change until confirmed and ticketed/booked by suppliers.
- Taxes, port fees, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, and supplier adjustments may change totals.
- Any planning or service fees are disclosed before confirmation.
Payments and confirmation
- Bookings may require deposits and staged payment deadlines.
- Missed payment deadlines can result in cancellation and penalties under supplier rules.
- Final confirmations depend on successful supplier processing.
Modification: Rescheduling trip
If you need to reschedule or postpone your Program, Drift will make reasonable efforts to reduce supplier cancellation penalties (including hotels, museums, cruise lines, and other vendors). Any recoverable funds can be credited toward your next Program arranged with Drift.
Modification: Change of program
Program adjustments are permitted up to 30 days before the Program start date. Within 30 days of departure, Drift may apply a modification fee of USD 150 per change. Any third-party cancellation or amendment charges are payable by the Customer.
Cancellation policies
Optional services booked separately from the main Program are governed by the relevant vendor policies. Cruise cancellations are always subject to the applicable cruise line or supplier cancellation policy, which may differ from the schedule below.
| Moment of cancellation (days before Program start) | Cancellation fee (% of Program price) | Refund (% of Program price) |
|---|---|---|
| 90 days or more | 20% | 80% |
| From 60 to 89 days before | 65% | 35% |
| From 31 to 59 days before | 80% | 20% |
| 30 days or less | 100% | None |
Some non-standard tours, selected cruises, or special arrangements may require a higher non-refundable deposit. Where applicable, the exact non-refundable deposit amount will be disclosed and agreed at booking.
Traveler responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler details exactly as shown on travel documents.
- Check passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for all destinations and transit points.
- Review all confirmations promptly and report discrepancies without delay.
Liability limitations
Drift acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers. Drift is not liable for acts, omissions, schedule changes, overbookings, weather disruptions, or force majeure events outside Drift control.
